GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MOTORCADE ALLIANCE

These General Conditions expressly regulate the relations arising between Motorcade Alliance SL (hereinafter, “Motorcade Alliance") and third parties (hereinafter, the “Users") that use this Website http://www.motorcadealliance.com/ (hereinafter, the “Website "), for the contracting and use of the services offered or accessible through it. These General Conditions will be permanently available on the Website.

Motorcade Alliance allows its Users to request quotations on exclusive services of car rental with driver, through a quotation form in the platform of Motorcade (hereinafter, the “Platform”). The registration of the User is required for the use of the platform. Registration is free and shall be done through a petition of the user in which it is required that he accepts these General Conditions. The process for requesting the registration form must be done by email or in http://www.motorcadealliance.com/

Motorcade Alliance reserves the right to accept or reject the offer. If Motorcade Alliance accepts the inclusion of the user in the Platform, it will inform the User through email to the email address provided by the latter, creating a member account for the User. The confirmation of registration is stored by Motorcade Alliance, although the User cannot see it nor consult it in the Platform.

It is the User's responsibility to ensure that all information that they, or any other person on their behalf, has provided to Motorcade Alliance is complete and accurate. Motorcade Alliance will not assume any responsibility for this matter and the User must be responsible for complying with these conditions.

The User is obliged to keep secretly his password. As long as the User is aware or suspects that third parties have access to their access data or otherwise access their account, they are obliged to inform the Motorcade Alliance about it immediately .Motorcade Alliance will then be bound to block the User account until the facts have been clarified.

The User is responsible for all actions that are carried out through his User account unless the User is not at fault for such actions.

Motorcade Alliance manages quotation requests of limo services through a quotation form within its Platform. The services provided by Motorcade Alliance, as an intermediary, consist of providing transportation services to a User through a transport service provider (hereinafter, the “TSP”), and not in the provision of transportation services in themselves. Consequently, Users have the right to demand transportation services and other requirements directly from the TSP. The User will only use the Motorcade Alliance as an intermediary, and not as a provider of the transport service.

The User will be guided at all times by the quotation process .For this purpose, the User shall previously fill out a form to include the services he would like to hire

After filling the form, you will access a screen that shall include general information about the services you wish to hire (hereinafter, " Quotation Form ").

Once the Quotation Form has been filled in successfully, Motorcade Alliance shall show the User the suppliers to whom the quotation request has been sent.

This request will then be sent to the TSPs that best suit the services required by the user.

The TSP will have the right to accept or deny the services demanded by the client during the next 24h. Once the Motorcade Alliance receives the answers from the TSP, the quotations of the services provided by the TSPs will be sent to the user so that he can select the one that best meets his needs.

Motorcade Alliance is only responsible for providing quotations from third parties based on the requirements and needs established by the User for the services requested. Based on the established by the TSP, the factors that determine the amount of the quotation could be: typology of the car, the distance, the pick-up time and possibly the location.

Motorcade Alliance expressly rejects any responsibility for the payment method. All payments will be made between the User and the TSP, and not through the Platform itself.

In the event that the User has any doubt during the process of requesting a quotation, he / she must refrain from placing the order to and contact Motorcade Alliance through the contact information.

Motorcade Alliance will not be responsible for any additional charges arising from the cancellation process between the user and a TSP. In particular, the User will be responsible for keeping informed of the cancellation policies of the TSP with which he has contracted the service.

Motorcade Alliance is liable for damages caused by Motorcade Alliance or its indirect agents or subcontractors, either intentionally or due to gross negligence. The TSP, in addition to all the drivers that the service employs, are neither indirect agents nor subcontractors of the Motorcade Alliance. Instead, Motorcade Alliance organizes a direct right to transport for the User through a TSP.

Motorcade Alliance is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the content and programs distributed under the name of the Platform, nor for the results generated by them, except in case of damage caused intentionally or by serious negligence of Motorcade Alliance .This applies to all kinds of damages, especially those caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission or problems with the technical equipment and service, incorrect content, omissions, loss or deletion of data, viruses or any other form of use. Likewise, Motorcade Alliance is not responsible for the availability and efficiency of the functions offered.

Motorcade Alliance is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality and functionality of third-party websites referred via links. The access to these pages through hyperlinks is at the user's risk.

Motorcade Alliance is not responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and complete or that it reaches the User or driver on time.

Motorcade Alliance is not responsible for changes in the quality of access to the Platform due to excessive force or events for which the Motorcade Alliance is not responsible, in particular faults in communication networks and / or portals. Motorcade Alliance does not guarantee that the Website will operate without interruption or error-free, or that these will be corrected.

The User exempts Motorcade Alliance from all claims and expenses, including appropriate attorneys' fees, against Motorcade Alliance by third parties for any type of use that the User makes of the Platform that violates the agreement or does not comply with these conditions.

The Motorcade Alliance grants to the User the conditional and revocable right to use the Platform in the manner for which they are designed, through the fulfilment of these conditions. Any use that goes beyond (changes, copies, reissues, transfers, distribution or other improper purposes) is prohibited.

Certain events or circumstances outside the scope of influence of the Motorcade Alliance or service providers (force majeure) that make it impossible to comply with the respective contractual obligations, Motorcade Alliance or the TSP, whenever affected, were exempted from the obligation to pay. As cases of force majeure, the interruption or failure of the Internet or other networks, of telecommunication connections, power supply or infrastructures as well as of suppliers or suppliers as well as bad weather is considered.

All legal relationships between Motorcade Alliance and the User are subject exclusively to the substantive law of Spain.
